  When we bought our property we were advised to have a survey completed on the septic tank, we asked James to complete the survey who explained every thing in detail. We received a fully detailed survey informing us the septic tank was no longer compliant and further more had to be replaced due to soak away no longer working which without knowing would have cost us after the sale. Once we moved in James installed a new system as he quoted on the survey and everything went smoothly I would highly recommend James and his company to anyone requiring this type of work.

  Excellent, professional & knowledgeable service with a smile!

  We contacted James after our septic tank kept blocking. He came out quickly to do a survey and identify the problem ( a failing soakaway) and was able to book us in to have the work completed a few weeks later. Robin and Rob who carried out the work were excellent - they just got on with the job in hand, whilst making the time to explain the process to me when I went out for a look! Throughout the process, James was professional and knowledgeable, but also took the time to explain everything to me & answer my questions. I would 100% recommend James to anyone with a septic issue!

  Bio sewage treatment plant

  We were recommended James to complete a survey as part of selling our house. It was found that our septic tank wasn’t compliant with the regulations. James and his team started work 10 days later and completed the work in a week. They have all been brilliant. The work was completed quickly and communication has been excellent.   Water treatment plant
