  Following the failure of our septic tank, Staffordshire septics and drainage installed a new septic tank and drainage field. We were very pleased with the work which completed quickly and too a high standard, which enabled us to sell our property.

  Home buyers septic survey

  I found James after searching online for local septic experts, as I wanted a septic survey on a house we are buying. After to speaking to James on the phone, I could tell he was professional, trustworthy and had a wealth of expertise. James performed the survey and produced a very detailed report. His report identified the tank was extremely old and no longer upto regs and required replacement. This information allowed us to negotiate with the sellers and save a lot of time, money and hassle had we not known prior to completion. James has been super helpful with follow up queries too!

  Replacement engine/drainage works

  From start to finish James and the team are a delight to deal with. They deliver against ALL promises and communicate well, providing updates at all necessary milestones.   I had a septic tank replaced and a drainage field installed

  Never having owned a property with a septic tank I was clueless, James was incredibly informative and helpful. Then when the lads turned up to do the work they were very efficient and tidy, the job was done and all was good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have drainage work done.

  Urgent survey. Pre-purchase septic tank compliance.

  Having carried out research of various companies and being quoted anything between £500 to £1000 with no clarity as to whether a legal compliance survey would be included (I did not want nor need my own DVD copy of a CCTV inspection), my partner found James. He was polite, incredibly accommodating and was able to provide an urgent survey and report within 7 days of instructions. Very knowledgeable, sympathetic and excellent price point. Would highly recommend. He is my hero as with his help I may have bought my dream house. Thank you James.

  Sewage treatment plant installation

  Staffordshire septics team installed a sewage treatment plant to enable us to remortgage our house. They were very quick and installed the plant with all the regs within a few weeks of our initial phone call. Would use them again!
