I strongly recommend James James was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and honestly. The inspection was thorough and the report was clear, detailed, and provided promptly. We contacted James after our septic tank kept blocking. He came out quickly to do a survey and identify the problem ( a failing soakaway) and was able to book us in to have the work completed a few weeks later. Robin and Rob who carried out the work were excellent - they just got on with the job in hand, whilst making the time to explain the process to me when I went out for a look! Throughout the process, James was professional and knowledgeable, but also took the time to explain everything to me & answer my questions. I would 100% recommend James to anyone with a septic issue!

We were recommended James to complete a survey as part of selling our house. It was found that our septic tank wasn’t compliant with the regulations. James and his team started work 10 days later and completed the work in a week. They have all been brilliant. The work was completed quickly and communication has been excellent.
