I found James after searching online for local septic experts, as I wanted a septic survey on a house we are buying. After to speaking to James on the phone, I could tell he was professional, trustworthy and had a wealth of expertise. James performed the survey and produced a very detailed report. His report identified the tank was extremely old and no longer upto regs and required replacement. This information allowed us to negotiate with the sellers and save a lot of time, money and hassle had we not known prior to completion. James has been super helpful with follow up queries too!
