Never having owned a property with a septic tank I was clueless, James was incredibly informative and helpful. Then when the lads turned up to do the work they were very efficient and tidy, the job was done and all was good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have drainage work done.

Having carried out research of various companies and being quoted anything between £500 to £1000 with no clarity as to whether a legal compliance survey would be included (I did not want nor need my own DVD copy of a CCTV inspection), my partner found James. He was polite, incredibly accommodating and was able to provide an urgent survey and report within 7 days of instructions. Very knowledgeable, sympathetic and excellent price point. Would highly recommend. He is my hero as with his help I may have bought my dream house. Thank you James.

Staffordshire septics team installed a sewage treatment plant to enable us to remortgage our house. They were very quick and installed the plant with all the regs within a few weeks of our initial phone call. Would use them again!

Excellent company to deal with throughout the process, they organised building regs and electrician also . During the installation some additional issues arose Staffordshire septics dealt with them and still keep the cost within the original estimate. They were not the cheapest quote but we felt we got very good value for money would highly recommend.

From the initial consultation our experience with this company was exceptional. James came out twice to do some assessments and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sorted all the buildings regulations application out so we didn’t have to worry about anything. His communication about when work would start was very good. The men who came out and did the main works were absolutely lovely, very pleasant and polite and very professional. They did a great job and we’re really pleased.

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with any trade in the homebuying process. Professional, courteous and communicative. Costs were well laid out and I felt confident the report would be on time (it was). Highly reccomend.
