Steve and a colleague turned up in May to scope the work, promising to do the work in September. In June he responded to an email to confirm. Contact was made first great no problem, I took the time out of work too meet SR property services also arranging tenants to be at the property for him to see the work and thought having given all my details he would return with a quote that he promised a week later I then chased for him to tell me he’s on holiday and would get the quote on his return but over a month now and nothing.
