Good communication. They let me know the specific time they’d arrive and were on time. Fixed the patio door no problem. The shower handle needed replacing so after consulting with me, they went to get a new one, came back quickly and fitted it with no issues. Good productive morning! Highly recommend.

Steve and a colleague turned up in May to scope the work, promising to do the work in September. In June he responded to an email to confirm. Since then, no response to either email or phone call and no-show in September.

Excellent work carried out by Steve and Dan, would highly recommend them.

Contact was made first great no problem, I took the time out of work too meet SR property services also arranging tenants to be at the property for him to see the work and thought having given all my details he would return with a quote that he promised a week later I then chased for him to tell me he’s on holiday and would get the quote on his return but over a month now and nothing. Time waster.

Great service. Steve arrived promptly and completed the jobs efficiently and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.
