Jack & his team from Spratt's Property Maintenance have just fitted a new roof to our house. We are pleased to report a positive experience at a fair price. This project did present challenges (as did the weather) but Jack has a solutions-based approach which was much appreciated. The work has improved both the functionality & appearance of our roof. An extremely hard-working team, friendly & polite. We also appreciated the prompt efficient communications, as this is important to homeowners taking on a major project when a lot of time can be wasted hanging around for responses.

When putting the job on Checkatrade, Jack was one of two tradesmen that cared about communicating honestly and transparently. Within a day, he came out and gave me a fair assessment of cost and timescales. He wanted to make sure I was aware what work needed doing and how much. I booked him in and couldn’t be more pleased. A great quality tradesman that cares about doing a good job at a fair price. The quality of the work was great and his team were no trouble. Excellent communication. We are already talking about booking him for loft conversion in future. 10/10

We required new Guttering, Soffits & Fascia's installing as well as a roof clean. Jack came promptly to give us a very reasonable quote and was able to get us booked in swiftly! Jack and his team turned up first thing and didn't stop until it was completed to our satisfaction! We did have a couple of small leaks in the guttering once the heavens opened and after a message he came round later that day to fix it and they've held up just fine since. We can't recommend Jack & the Spratt's team enough.
