David was really awesome, I can't thank him enough! Punctual, polite and professional. He explained the process, looked for and access entry points. Stopped the 'noise' in the lofts. Checked property 3 times to make sure issue has resolved and even when I couldn't do a certain day he rearranged things and came first thing in the morning. Really, excellent and professional.
