David helped us when we discovered a Rodent had got into our kitchen walls. He quickly and efficiently located where it was coming in, laid bait which eliminated the very large Rat who had been causing the trouble. He communicated with us professionally and promptly throughout the process, and we would not hesitate to use his services again.

Very happy with Spotlight Pest Control. I had gross problems with dead rats under the floor in a new house causing flies. David came out next day and did a very thorough assessment, talked me through my options, removed the dead rats and came back with Natalie a few days later to block up holes in my cavity wall and put mesh over vents and airbricks. Call out time was quick, service was friendly, efficient and effective, with a good sense of humour (essential when dealing with dead rats and swarms of flies in your house), and pricing was affordable. Would recommend.
