David was really awesome, I can't thank him enough! Punctual, polite and professional. He explained the process, looked for and access entry points. Stopped the 'noise' in the lofts. Checked property 3 times to make sure issue has resolved and even when I couldn't do a certain day he rearranged things and came first thing in the morning. Really, excellent and professional. David was lovely and made me smile when I was feeling yukky about having rats! He came when he said he was, was polite and worked with speed. I felt confident with his work.

David was incredibly professional and diligent in his diagnosis and solution to our rat problem. He returned many times until he was satisfied the root cause had been resolved and all rats had been removed. Couldn’t be happier with the service!!

David was an absolute professional from start to finish. After discovering we had rats in the loft he came out quickly to assess and advise on blacking up access points. Three visits later we had no sign of rats and peace of mind. I would highly recommend!
