I can't fault the service from Spin Doctor. Quick, efficient and at a reasonable cost. Only thing I'd mentioned is to be sure the appliance is worth repairing as the cost was almost half the cost of a new machine. So probably not worth it for most appliances over 5 years old. That said better from an environmental perspective and I would recommend SpinDoctor if you want someone to repair your appliance.

Washing machine was failing to drain. Great service. Called up and had an engineer the next day with the correct part and all swapped out and working in less then 30 minutes Would highly recommend and will use again

Very easy and streamlined from buying to completion of machine installation the next day. I would highly recommend and will use for all future appliance needs .

Very easy to book and notified by text when Kieran was 20 mins away so I could clear my fridge out ready for his arrival. I had thought the flooding inside the fridge was terminal and it would have cost a fortune to replace the integral fridge freezer but Kieran said it was a common blockage problem in the pipe that runs down the back of the freezer. Warm water defrosted the pipe, blockage suctioned out and job done. No extras to pay or sharp intakes of breath. Honest, efficient and quick. Fridge good as new for the cost of a callout! Will use again if needed!

I am so impressed by the service. Customer service staff on the phone were friendly and knowledgeable as was the operative who attended. I had both washing machine and dishwasher to be repaired and the operative communicated the issues, repairing quickly and even advising on the best makes for when I do eventually get a replacement. Complete transparency around pricing and very reasonable prices. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend to anyone needing an appliance repair.

Th technician was very polite, helpful and respectful and fixed my issue very swiftly. The service from start to finish was excellent, I have used spin doctor before and will do in the future.
