Great response time for the initial callout. When the machine couldn’t be fixed they delivered and installed a replacement in 3 hours. Couldn’t ask for more

We contacted this company to repair an appliance. The engineer advised replacement, claiming it was the same model, just newer. The process was rushed, and the machine we received was lower-spec and missing key features. When we raised concerns, we were met with hostility and charged more to get something closer to what we had, plus another installation fee. After leaving a review, we received a threatening response accusing us of dishonesty. This was deeply unprofessional. We would not use this company again.

I always ring Spin Doctor when my washing machine packs up as I have always found them and their engineers to be reliable, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, polite and reasonably priced. On this occasion, I found Scott to be all of the above. I had no idea what was wrong. Scott quickly found the fault, mended it quickly with minimum fuss and left my kitchen spotless.

My washing machine suddenly stopped working and was tripping the electrics. I called to arrange an engineer visit and was booked for the same day. Communication was excellent, the costs were clear and reasonable. The engineer (Jamie) was excellent - he phoned to let me know his approximate timing. He was extremely professional and diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. He explained clearly what needed to be done, how much it would cost and answered any questions I had. I am very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend.
