    SPE Maintenance has promptly answer to my request, had provided a competitive quote and had an earlier availability. Steve arrived on time , has replaced the tap in 10 -15 minutes . The tap is working well , I'm warmly recommending SPE Maintenance .

Hi there, my name is Steve and I am a plumber operating as SPE Maintenance (sole trader) in Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and Oxford.


My small business has been established since December 2017 and has since gained a reputation as a the ideal business to approach for all manner of plumbing work, including those smaller jobs that can often take time to get sorted! I take on jobs including (but not limited to) radiator changes, shower pump installs, float valve replacements, kitchen sink replacements, tap repairs / replacements, toilet repairs / replacements and much more.
