Stephen from SPE maintenance was very prompt to reply, and even offered to attend earlier. Communication prior was good. Upon attending I felt confident to voice what I wanted and Stephen understood and undertook the job top a very high standard. I would recommend SPE to carry out the work you want to do.

Steve was excellent from start to finish. He responded quickly and was very clear about the possible options and costs. On the day, he first checked if the issue could be resolved by replacing the valves, which stopped the squeaking, but as there was still a leak, we agreed to replace the tap. He sourced and installed a new tap during the same visit. Everything is now working perfectly. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and transparent with no pressure or unnecessary upselling. Would definitely recommend and use again.
