I posted the job and Stephen responded promptly to discuss pricing and request more details about the issue. He was clearly 'on it' and understood exactly what needed to be done. He arrived on time and fully prepared with the necessary new fitting. While he explained that there might be additional requirements depending on what he found during the repair, he was very transparent about potential costs. He fixed the issue within 45 minutes and everything is working perfectly now. Great service!

Initial contact was swift after I posted my job to fix a leaky toilet. A visit was quickly arranged, Stephen identified the issue easily, we made an appointment and problem sorted! Communications were excellent, my issue was sorted quickly with minimal fuss and I paid the amount quoted. Stephen was professional, informative and cleaned up afterwards. I had a vanity and two mixer taps installed, and Stephen responded to my Checkatrade job very quickly. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he did an amazing job with the installation. Everything was completed to a high standard and exactly as expected. Stephen responded very quickly to the posting and communicated really well. He asked to see a picture so he could give a more accurate view on the issue and the size/ price of the job. He gave a short window for his arrival instead of needing to wait around all day and turned up on time. He was very personable and easy to speak to, whilst working at a good pace. Steve made contact very quickly. asked questions relevant to the work required. several messages later he gave a quote and date for the work to be completed. he’s very quick to respond to messages polite approachable personality. and very efficient in his work i highly recommend this trades person and will be contacting him for all future plumbing work required
