Very quick response to the job being posted. Good interaction regarding scope of work and scheduling the job with a week, even though I hadn't specified a quick resolution. On the day; very punctual, friendly and efficient. Job completed well within an hour, even with a bit of chat over coffee. Took all waste away and left the kitchen as it was when he arrived.
