    Friendly, professional & reliable service 10/10

    Fantastic service from beginning to end. I was dubious paying in full before the work was carried out but everything dealt with professionally and kept me up to date at all times. Even accommodated a very late day change due to a prior commitment. The carpet looks great I’m really really happy with the service and would 100% recommend and use Spectra again. The cleaner that came out was great really knowledgable and friendly too explained everything in detail. Thank you Specctra

    Carpet cleaning of stairs and landing

    Super quick to respond with a quote which was good value. Came next day (even though it was a Sunday) to undertake cleaning. They used state of the art cleaning machine. They wore foot coverings to keep the house clean and quietly got the job done in an hour. Carpets look good as new after a thorough clean. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

    Exceeded expectations

    Spectra responded immediately to my cry for urgent help. A visiting dog was ill on our brand new lounge carpet. Sadly the mess was not in one place but Thomas worked his expert professional magic and now there is no sign of it at all. No smell either, in fact it smells lovely. He has lots of equipment and special solutions to treat bio hazards. We strongly recommend this lovely respectful young man.

    3 bedroom carpets, landing and stairs were cleaned

    Wasil was communicative from the beginning. He ran through what he was going to do and the stains which may be stubborn. he called me 15 minutes before ne finished to allow me to get there and when I checked it the carpets looked fantastic. all stains removed except one which was left by rust but even this was hardly noticeable.     Cleaning sofa

    The company did not do work they subcontracted to local business that did job well. However on numerous occasions this involved phone calls as they tried to locate a worker to do job well - this is not my understanding of how Checkatrade works - should be stress free with guarantees on business contracted with not the most stressful works I've had done. The payment process has also been awful with company trying to pressure me to pay invoice and not use Checkatrade - I will never use this business again and unlikely to use Checkatrade in future - I am as you will have gathered very unhappy.
