The company did not do work they subcontracted to local business that did job well. However on numerous occasions this involved phone calls as they tried to locate a worker to do job well - this is not my understanding of how Checkatrade works - should be stress free with guarantees on business contracted with not the most stressful works I've had done. The payment process has also been awful with company trying to pressure me to pay invoice and not use Checkatrade - I will never use this business again and unlikely to use Checkatrade in future - I am as you will have gathered very unhappy.

While some specialist work is carried out by trusted local subcontractors, we acknowledge that communication and coordination could have been smoother, and we are taking steps to improve this. We’re pleased the work itself was completed to a good standard, but regret that the overall process caused frustration.
