  3 bedroom carpets, landing and stairs were cleaned

  Wasil was communicative from the beginning. He ran through what he was going to do and the stains which may be stubborn. he called me 15 minutes before ne finished to allow me to get there and when I checked it the carpets looked fantastic. all stains removed except one which was left by rust but even this was hardly noticeable. Many thanks
