  spectra Clean was excellent, my carpet was perfectly cleaned. they were very professional, friendly, tidy and effective in their cleaning, the finish was flawless and amazing, my carpet came up looking brand new. They arrived on time and was very courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to friends and family. The price was right for the job.

  End of tenancy deep clean. To include carpets, kitchen, cooker, bathroom etc

  Work booked for 12 Frid 27th. Didn’t turn up until 3pm. No ID, just some cleaning kit in the back of a car. 2 gents with very little English. Took video of house and sat in car for 40mins before informing us they would come back at 10 next day. We do not live in the property. In the meantime their ‘boss’ had messaged demanding another £50! This was not a dirty house. A basic clean would do it. Refused to pay which he agreed to. I had already paid £175 deposit. Next day they were an hour late. Very basic clean and lots missed. No special cleaning equipment. No ID. Spent 2hrs next day finishing

  Dear Mary Sibson Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry you were unhappy with parts of the service. Please accept my apologies for the late arrival on day one. The team was delayed assessing the property and planning the clean, but I understand how frustrating this was. The £50 was mentioned due to the property requiring more time than expected; however, we proceeded without the extra charge as agreed.
