Speedy response to query. Date for works agreed. All carried out as expected. Very pleased with result.

James and his team were the first contractor to make contact with us. I sent some photos and he provided a quote and proposed date to complete the works just a couple of days later. On the day he confirmed his ETA and even provided an update when he was delayed due to a road closure! On-site, he and his colleague can fully prepared and were proactive and solution focussed given the challenges a house several hundred years old can present. The works and some related jobs were completed and we are delighted with the quality and can-do, option based approach to finding the best way forwards!

James was excellant in his communications - came to repair ridge tiles, clean roof and repair flat roof, did an excellant job, kept updating us on progress and took videos and photos - would recommend

I had some holes in my mortar which was starting to cause damp inside the house so James coco and john came round and ground out the mortar and re-pointed the walls. James gave me the best price out of all the builders I rang and he was really professional and polite I highly recommend spartan to anyone. Thank you Spartan property maintenance 💯

He gave me advice on how to fix it and saved me £150. It's rare to find people like that these days—highly recommended!
