I had a leak in 2 upstairs bedrooms and posted the job on checkatrade. Was contacted by James who was excellent. Fantastic customer service and kept me informed throughout the whole process. James and the people he came with were polite and efficient. I got to see the job, before and after the work, which reaured me it was all correctly completed. Fully water tested and no leak! Would highly recommend Spartan Property Maintenance to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to rebook for future work, which I'm hoping is not needed!

Spartan have been amazing from start to finish, putting our minds at ease, excellent quality work and they kept us updated with the process with regular updates and went over everything they needed to do in a way that was easy to understand not using technical jargon that you get from some company's. Would highly recommend to anyone having roofing issues and would certainly use again if we had any future issues.

Excellent job from James in repairing some lead that had come away from the house which could have caused water to get into the house. Flash band was fitted and problem resolved. A leaky drainpipe was also fixed at no extra cost. Much appreciated. Great service.
