    Polite and pleasant. Responded in a positive, considerate way to my request to change timing of the appointment. Job was more complex than anticipated but they were thorough, worked hard and did a very good job.

    Chloe is always on time, very thorough and receptive to constructive advice. I feel very comfortable being able to ask Chloe to spend more or less time on certain rooms or areas in the house. An important aspect of hiring a cleaner I feel,is to have the house looking as you want it at the end of the clean and Chloe does this perfectly. We have been very pleased with the standard of her work and have no hesitation in recommending Sparrow cleaning services to others.

    Chloe arrived early to introduce herself and go through what i required. The house was immaculate after her clean, she is so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I am looking forward to her next visit. Highly recommend sparrow cleaning.
