Jo arrived precisely on time. I felt at ease having her in my home and she was easy to chat to. I explained what I needed done. I’m chronically sick and disabled so keeping up with general cleaning is challenging. I really appreciated Jo doing exactly what I asked her. In the past I’ve had cleaners where I’ve had to go round after they’ve left and go over it all again. That was 100% not the case after Jo left. I highly recommend Jo.

Polite and pleasant. Responded in a positive, considerate way to my request to change timing of the appointment. Job was more complex than anticipated but they were thorough, worked hard and did a very good job.

Chloe is always on time, very thorough and receptive to constructive advice. I feel very comfortable being able to ask Chloe to spend more or less time on certain rooms or areas in the house. An important aspect of hiring a cleaner I feel,is to have the house looking as you want it at the end of the clean and Chloe does this perfectly. We have been very pleased with the standard of her work and have no hesitation in recommending Sparrow cleaning services to others.
