    Replace joists and flooring

    I contacted Superior Builders to replace the joists and flooring in one room and found them professional and efficient. The communication was excellent and I’m happy with the final result. I’d have no hesitation in recommending.

    Bathroom renovation

    New parquet flooring and installation of a downstairs WC

    Yawer was responsive and helpful however the tradesmen are individual contractors, hired out without proper oversight. The floor was completed quickly however there were gaps left and scratches in the flooring (see pictures). Our venetian blinds were also broken during the work somehow. The WC was installed by a different set of contractors and there were numerous delays. They worked from 12pm-5pm each day and on some days did not turn up. We terminated the contract early due to the poor quality of the work (see pictures) and will have to pay for the work to be redone.

    The tiling work was initially approved by the customer as satisfactory. However, I was later informed that the customer wanted it redone. Despite this, they unexpectedly left a review. I visited the customer’s house to address the matter, but I was told that the customer was unwell, and her husband spoke on her behalf. To ensure their satisfaction, I offered to cover the cost of the tiling redo, but they mentioned they would reach out once she was feeling better. I remain committed to resolving this matter as soon as they are ready.

    Walk-in wardrobe

    The team did a great job turning our guest bedroom with an awkward shape under the stairs into a walk-in wardrobe that really utilises the space. Completed the job from design to finish very quickly and it looks amazing. Very communicative too, would recommend.
