The tiling work was initially approved by the customer as satisfactory. However, I was later informed that the customer wanted it redone. Despite this, they unexpectedly left a review. I visited the customer’s house to address the matter, but I was told that the customer was unwell, and her husband spoke on her behalf. To ensure their satisfaction, I offered to cover the cost of the tiling redo, but they mentioned they would reach out once she was feeling better. I remain committed to resolving this matter as soon as they are ready.
