  Life saving work - quite literally!

  I'm super thankful to Aaron and Martin for replacing an old faulty boiler as a matter of urgency just before Christmas. I was also impressed how my small kitchen, that came to look like a war zone during the works, was left so impeccably tidy when they left. I would definitely recommend their services.

  Air source heat pump service

  Aaron rang within an hour of arrival to advise he was on his way. He was polite and friendly and did a brilliant job at servicing our air source heat pump and cylinder. He was able to advise on some other issues and completed all paperwork so we have an audit trail. The cost was reasonable and matched the quote. I would not hesitate to use Southern Thermal again for future servicing, and other plumbing jobs if needed.

  Cold room repair

  Re routing of aircon condense pipes

  As usual Aaron and his team were absolutely brilliant. Punctual, reliable, affordable and full of useful information. A creative solution was needed to deal with some water egress from our condense pipes - Aaron inspected the set up, called me at work to talk through all of the options, then proceeded to fix the issue with no fuss.
