  Great service, professionally conducted.

  We got 3 estimates and assessments and decided to proceed with Southern Thermal having been advised by Martin. Date was booked, Aaron and Martin arrived at 8.30 am and completed the fitting of the air conditioning a day quicker than expected. The work was completed without any mess, no moaning from Aaron and Martin just a very professional job. Aaron made a suggestion to improve our water heating so we have them returning to our home. Great service respectfully conducted.

  Bedroom Air Conditioning Installation

  Thoroughly impressed with Southern Thermal on our air conditioning installation. We had spoken to several companies for quotes, but Aaron at Southern was the only one to visit and talk through our plans and made recommendations which we hadn’t thought about. Office Manager, Louise, was very prompt emailing quotes, answering questions and arranging commencement of work. Installation undertaken by Martin. He took time to make sure his understanding of work was correct and kept us advised on progress. Before Martin left, he made sure the work area was left as found and talked through instructions

  A professional and excellent service.

  From start to finish the work carried out on my heating system was ‘second to none.’ Aaron explained everything and sorted out issues which should have been sorted out before by other heating and plumbing engineers. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

  Life saving work - quite literally!

  I'm super thankful to Aaron and Martin for replacing an old faulty boiler as a matter of urgency just before Christmas. I was also impressed how my small kitchen, that came to look like a war zone during the works, was left so impeccably tidy when they left. I would definitely recommend their services.

  Air source heat pump service

  Aaron rang within an hour of arrival to advise he was on his way. He was polite and friendly and did a brilliant job at servicing our air source heat pump and cylinder. He was able to advise on some other issues and completed all paperwork so we have an audit trail. The cost was reasonable and matched the quote. I would not hesitate to use Southern Thermal again for future servicing, and other plumbing jobs if needed.

  Aaron and Martin provided a competitive quote for a wall mount Aircon installation on my project and I'm very pleased with the result. They were friendly, tidy and professional and I'd be happy to recommend them to others for similar work.
