  Cold room repair

  I’ve been using Arron from Southern Thermal for my refrigeration needs over the last few weeks, after the unthinkable happened—our main walk-in cold room went down. As a food producer, this kind of failure is devastating. It cripples production, puts immense stress on staff, and strains the rest of our equipment. I honestly can’t recommend Arron highly enough.   Re routing of aircon condense pipes

  As usual Aaron and his team were absolutely brilliant. Punctual, reliable, affordable and full of useful information. A creative solution was needed to deal with some water egress from our condense pipes - Aaron inspected the set up, called me at work to talk through all of the options, then proceeded to fix the issue with no fuss. I've used this company twice before on previous projects and they ALWAYS DELIVER. Thank you Southern Thermal.

  Professional and reliable

  From the first enquiry through to completion we were impressed with the professional and friendly service we received. Aaron very helpfully liaised with my son's landlords to explain and reassure them about the air con system and installation in his flat. Martin was also very helpful in explaining how it would work and worked quickly and cleanly. Would highly recommend, very good value for money.

  NIBE Unit

  I have reached out to almost every NIBE authorised engineer in the area when we came home from holidays to flooded “neighbours” wet carpet in the hall and water meter running like speedy gonzales. I switched the water off and couldn’t find anyone willing to come on urgent basis for 4 days. Dan was amazing, booked us promptly in. Quoted less than 3/4 price to the other engineers, responded to all my queries almost immediately which has provided a massive comfort in what was an extremely stressful situation.   Nuaire system repair and service

  We needed a repair/service for the Nuaire system in my Father in Law's apartment. He had recently moved into care having been diagnosed with Alzheimers. We don't live locally and we're in Worthing to clear his apartment. The company were really helpful arranging for an engineer to visit whilst we were in Worthing. He arrived when he said he would, was very friendly and courteous and quickly sorted the problem and service. Couldn't have asked for a better service! Highly recommend.
