Work completed on the day we were told, despite a slight communication mix up, everything went fine.

I have reached out to almost every NIBE authorised engineer in the area when we came home from holidays to flooded “neighbours” wet carpet in the hall and water meter running like speedy gonzales. I switched the water off and couldn’t find anyone willing to come on urgent basis for 4 days. Dan was amazing, booked us promptly in. Quoted less than 3/4 price to the other engineers, responded to all my queries almost immediately which has provided a massive comfort in what was an extremely stressful situation. We needed a repair/service for the Nuaire system in my Father in Law's apartment. He had recently moved into care having been diagnosed with Alzheimers. We don't live locally and we're in Worthing to clear his apartment. The company were really helpful arranging for an engineer to visit whilst we were in Worthing. He arrived when he said he would, was very friendly and courteous and quickly sorted the problem and service. Couldn't have asked for a better service! Highly recommend.

Had Aaron out to do annual service of gas boiler and two AC units. Excellent service as per usual and no price increase from last year which was fabulous. Highly recommend

Good communication, excellent price and great quality of work

Aaron fitted an aircon unit to our downstairs rooms last year and we've just had him back to fit a ducted system to the three bedrooms upstairs. The work was carried out by Aaron's team in a timely way and on budget. To put my mind at rest following the quotation I rang around 2 other suppliers to ensure Aaron was competitive which he was. The work was carried out over 2 days, Martin and Ade were both polite and exceptionally neat. They were also very conscientious ensuring that we were happy with all aspect of the install. An excellent service all round.
