After months of unsuccessfully trying to find someone to help with our ageing PV system, we were recommended Southern Solar by a neighbour. Billy diagnosed the issues and gave us a choice of solutions and a range of prices. I recently had a solar system installed in my house by this company, The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. Billy first of all did a search to find out if my roof was suitable for panels next day he came to do a site inspection to measure the roof to find out how many panels would fit on the roof which happened to be 14. He gave a quote straight away which I was very happy with and arranged a date to install the system. Two weeks later it was installed all in one day. Couldn’t be happier from quotation to completed work , We were talked through every step of our solar installation and EV charger . 10 Excellent solar panel service

My solar panels stopped working, and I phoned Southern Solar and Electrical Dorset LTD. Billy came round later the same day on his way back from another job. He diagnosed a broken Invertor (12 years old). A week later he fitted a new invertor, converted our solar panels to comply with it, and cleaned the system. Throughout the process he was polite and kept us fully informed. He explained the working of the SolarXcloud app. and even contacted us after the installation to confirm all was working well.
