10 Water softener, new tap and filter installation

From the first contact through to survey visit and arranging for installation, this family-run company was excellent, with plenty of communication. The water softener had to be installed in a very restricted space with very difficult to access mains water inlet and drain. However the company plumber found a workaround, even preserving some of the middle shelf in the cupboard concerned. Arrived a little later than scheduled due to overrun on previous job, but the way the installation progressed soon recovered that situation. Work was completed in a very reasonable time, with the area all around the installation left neat and tidy. Good operational instruction given. The service from start to finish was exceptional. Very skilled and knowledgeable plumbers, nothing was too much bother, brilliant receptionist, everything fitted well and explained along the way, went above and beyond - even reinstalled and adapted the cupboard around the new water softener and left us a box full of gifts and goodies!
