    Well organised firm.

    This was only a delivery which came in a timely manner and the salt was carried to its normal storage point. In the past they have always been easy and quick to deal with.

    Excellent service throughout

    Friendly and prompt service from the person who came to quote, figured out a way to fit the softener as it was too large for the nearby cupboard. Booked the fitting and the fitter came as booked, was pleasant and friendly and did a neat and tidy job in less time than expected. He explained everything carefully and left leaflets to remind if needed. All fine, thanks to them.

    Great Service From a Professional & Friendly Team

    Great experience with Southern Softflow, We are new to east Dorset but the hard water was obvious from the start. Using a local supplier is alway preferable and they visited to assess the installation, gave great advice on running costs and followed up with installation in a few days that was conducted thoughtfully and with care. Happy to recommend them.

    Fast response to our enquiry, full information provided, work booked for following week. Fitter arrived on time, pleasant, efficient, very tidy and cleaned up when work finished. Very neat pipework, showed us how to isolate soft water if required at any time, and showed us position of new stopcock. Explained how filter system worked, helped us to set up App for notifications when salt low. Stacked spare salt in garage, advised how to apply for more supplies. Presented us with a delightful gift hamper of locally sourced products. Would highly recommend Southern Softflow Ltd.

    Water Softener

    I asked Southern Softflow for a home visit to discuss the benefits of a water softener. Everything explained to me in simple easy to understand English. A week later the fitter came and installed my unit. He arrived at the agreed time. Explained what he was doing. Unit was fitted in no time. Had instructions on how it worked. No mess, all cleared up and removed. Very professional very polite and friendly. I am very happy with my purchase and my dealings with Southern Softflow was so easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. One very happy customer
