  WATER SOFTENER REPAIR

  Great service. When I rang the receptionist seemed very knowledgeable and asked me to check that the stopcocks wher all in the correct position. I felt certain I would need a new one but she said that they would do their best to repair it. On the day it was in fact repaired. An excellent job, very tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company

  Moving home to an area with very hard water, I decided it was time to install a water softener. After research, I chose Southern Softflow, who offered exactly the reassurance and expertise I was seeking. Decision to installation took two days. Installation itself took a little over two hours, was carried out neatly, efficiently, and professionally. The new tri-flow drinking tap looks great in the kitchen, and even though I’ve used Brita filters for years, tea already tastes noticeably better after only 12 hours. Many thanks to Ben, Will, and the team, greatly appreciated. A full 10 out of 10.

  Brilliant water softener

  We recently had a water softener fitted into our home by Southern Softflow. The initial visit to discuss options was really helpful and we decided to go for the recommended option. We then made an appointment to have the system fitted a week later. The staff we dealt with were very professional and helpful and worked though a couple of practical issues when installing the system. The difference in our water is amazing. It’s so soft! Hair and skin feels very different and the bathrooms look cleaner. Would definitely recommend.
