  I asked Southern Softflow for a home visit to discuss the benefits of a water softener. Everything explained to me in simple easy to understand English. A week later the fitter came and installed my unit. He arrived at the agreed time. Explained what he was doing. Unit was fitted in no time. Had instructions on how it worked. No mess, all cleared up and removed. Very professional very polite and friendly. I am very happy with my purchase and my dealings with Southern Softflow was so easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. One very happy customer

  Kinetico Infinity T4 Water Softener fitted

  We called Southern Softflow for a survey to be carried out at our home. Ben carried out the survey and advised us what units were available and which one would meet our requirements. He provided us with a quote for carrying out the installation, which we were happy with. He arranged for the unit to be fitted, the following week. The plumber / fitter arrived early to fit the unit, which suited us and set about work. He explained what he was doing and worked in a very tidy and professional manner. He told us how the unit worked and provided the necessary paperwork when the job was complete.

  Water softener, new tap and filter installation

  From the first contact through to survey visit and arranging for installation, this family-run company was excellent, with plenty of communication. The water softener had to be installed in a very restricted space with very difficult to access mains water inlet and drain. However the company plumber found a workaround, even preserving some of the middle shelf in the cupboard concerned. The installation was completed in one morning, working was clean, and the finished job is very neat.

  Arrived a little later than scheduled due to overrun on previous job, but the way the installation progressed soon recovered that situation. Work was completed in a very reasonable time, with the area all around the installation left neat and tidy. Good operational instruction given. So, all in all, a very pleased customer.
