Fast response to our enquiry, full information provided, work booked for following week. Fitter arrived on time, pleasant, efficient, very tidy and cleaned up when work finished. Very neat pipework, showed us how to isolate soft water if required at any time, and showed us position of new stopcock. Explained how filter system worked, helped us to set up App for notifications when salt low. Stacked spare salt in garage, advised how to apply for more supplies. I asked Southern Softflow for a home visit to discuss the benefits of a water softener. Everything explained to me in simple easy to understand English. A week later the fitter came and installed my unit. He arrived at the agreed time. Explained what he was doing. Unit was fitted in no time. Had instructions on how it worked. We called Southern Softflow for a survey to be carried out at our home. Ben carried out the survey and advised us what units were available and which one would meet our requirements. He provided us with a quote for carrying out the installation, which we were happy with. He arranged for the unit to be fitted, the following week. The plumber / fitter arrived early to fit the unit, which suited us and set about work. He explained what he was doing and worked in a very tidy and professional manner. He told us how the unit worked and provided the necessary paperwork when the job was complete.

From the first contact through to survey visit and arranging for installation, this family-run company was excellent, with plenty of communication. The water softener had to be installed in a very restricted space with very difficult to access mains water inlet and drain. However the company plumber found a workaround, even preserving some of the middle shelf in the cupboard concerned. The installation was completed in one morning, working was clean, and the finished job is very neat.
