Moving home to an area with very hard water, I decided it was time to install a water softener. After research, I chose Southern Softflow, who offered exactly the reassurance and expertise I was seeking. Decision to installation took two days. Installation itself took a little over two hours, was carried out neatly, efficiently, and professionally. The new tri-flow drinking tap looks great in the kitchen, and even though I’ve used Brita filters for years, tea already tastes noticeably better after only 12 hours. We recently had a water softener fitted into our home by Southern Softflow. The initial visit to discuss options was really helpful and we decided to go for the recommended option. We then made an appointment to have the system fitted a week later. The staff we dealt with were very professional and helpful and worked though a couple of practical issues when installing the system. The difference in our water is amazing. It’s so soft! Hair and skin feels very different and the bathrooms look cleaner. Would definitely recommend.

This was only a delivery which came in a timely manner and the salt was carried to its normal storage point. In the past they have always been easy and quick to deal with.

Friendly and prompt service from the person who came to quote, figured out a way to fit the softener as it was too large for the nearby cupboard. Booked the fitting and the fitter came as booked, was pleasant and friendly and did a neat and tidy job in less time than expected. He explained everything carefully and left leaflets to remind if needed. All fine, thanks to them.

Great experience with Southern Softflow, We are new to east Dorset but the hard water was obvious from the start. Using a local supplier is alway preferable and they visited to assess the installation, gave great advice on running costs and followed up with installation in a few days that was conducted thoughtfully and with care. Happy to recommend them.
