From the first contact through to survey visit and arranging for installation, this family-run company was excellent, with plenty of communication. The water softener had to be installed in a very restricted space with very difficult to access mains water inlet and drain. However the company plumber found a workaround, even preserving some of the middle shelf in the cupboard concerned. The installation was completed in one morning, working was clean, and the finished job is very neat.

Arrived a little later than scheduled due to overrun on previous job, but the way the installation progressed soon recovered that situation. Work was completed in a very reasonable time, with the area all around the installation left neat and tidy. Good operational instruction given. So, all in all, a very pleased customer.

The service from start to finish was exceptional. Very skilled and knowledgeable plumbers, nothing was too much bother, brilliant receptionist, everything fitted well and explained along the way, went above and beyond - even reinstalled and adapted the cupboard around the new water softener and left us a box full of gifts and goodies! A pleasure to deal with such a great team, we highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with everything. Steve, who came and did the work, was efficient, careful and friendly. He took time upon completion to help us understand how the installation worked. We could not have asked for more. Oh yes, the price for the work was good as well
