  Competitive, conscientious, careful work done by pleasant team

  Southern Drainage Services is a small family owned company and always uses the same team for its jobs. Jack and his team installed a new drainage run for us. Their quote was competitive and we liked how thorough and personable Jack was when he came to do the quote for us. The team was polite and hard working. Everything was done properly with all the correct bedding, etc. Jack was very particular about reinstating our block paved drive. No “shaving” of whole bricks was necessary to get them to fit. Even came back after a few days to check that nothing had moved when we put the motorhome back.

  Replacing gullies and removing interceptor from inspection chamber

  The whole process was managed smoothly and efficiently from calling Liz to arrange a quote to Jack completing the work to our complete satisfaction. We experienced a highly professional approach throughout. Jack was friendly and efficient, explaining everything as he went along, carrying out the work to a high standard, checking, and ensuring everything was left neat and tidy.

  First rate service. Prompt response, turned up on time, experienced and able to sort problem quickly. Very courteous, considerate and tidy. Invoice was less than quoted as quick and easy job. Very friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

  Unblocking drain

  We had a blocked drain at the front of the house. On the initial call pricing was explained and a time confirmed for coming out the next day. The blockage was cleared within a few minutes and the area cleaned up. The issue was explained clearly and the price ended up at the lower end of the estimate which was good. All in all I’m very impressed with everything

  CCTV survey and drain jetting

  Liz and Jack make an excellent team. I have used them for the last 8 years, on two houses and a prospective house purchase. Previous jobs have been CCTV work, resetting drains, relining drains and most recently CCTV and some drain jetting. Liz is always very good with the communication and Jack is excellent at explaining things and working diligently, and nothing is too much trouble. What is really important to me is that Jack is a person you can trust to give you straight knowledgable answers and has an eye for detail and top quality in his work.
