When I saw water on my path I knew who to contact straight away and was pleased and not surprised to see on Checkatrade that 10 years since I last needed their services Southern Drainage is still in business. Liz made the appointment and Jack arrived on time. He located, helped by using a CCTV camera, the sizeable tree roots that were causing the blockage. He removed them and cleaned the drain helped by a high pressure jet. The cost was very reasonable and Liz and Jack are professional and friendly. A root was close to causing costly damage so I have asked for annual drain checks from now on.

We as a Company have been very happy with the work carried out to two areas of Victorian Drainage. A very knowledgeable specialist company. Identified the problem and moved rapidly to effect a solution. Courteous and communicative throughout the process. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Southern Drainage Services is a small family owned company and always uses the same team for its jobs. Jack and his team installed a new drainage run for us. Their quote was competitive and we liked how thorough and personable Jack was when he came to do the quote for us. The team was polite and hard working. Everything was done properly with all the correct bedding, etc. Jack was very particular about reinstating our block paved drive. No “shaving” of whole bricks was necessary to get them to fit. Even came back after a few days to check that nothing had moved when we put the motorhome back.

From the start southern drainage were incredibly helpful. They phoned back as promised and quoted quickly for the work. They arrived as promised and did an excellent job.

The whole process was managed smoothly and efficiently from calling Liz to arrange a quote to Jack completing the work to our complete satisfaction. We experienced a highly professional approach throughout. Jack was friendly and efficient, explaining everything as he went along, carrying out the work to a high standard, checking, and ensuring everything was left neat and tidy.
