  I was really impressed with how quickly I was able to get Lee to come and look at the washing machine. He fixed it quickly and kept in contact with us while waiting for parts. Highly recommended - we’ll be keeping his number and recommending to others!

  Thank you for popping in, Lee, to look at my washing machine. I thought I may need a new seal but you said I didn’t. Thank you for your honestly. I ran a hot cycle and the heated element did hear up so I decided to just get a new machine after 12 years - clearing the filter, wiping the seals and hot clean cycles weren’t getting rid of the smell. Thank you for your honesty.

  Lee was responsive when communicating, he arrived on time and his charges were very reasonable. He was respectful of my property and towards myself and worked to a high standard. Lee also took the time to explain how I could prevent the issue occuring again. I'm very happy with the service provided and my washing machine is working again as new.
