I found Lee's work to be absolutely fine. He turned up on time, identified the probable issue and returned to replace the electrical part very promptly

Lee arrived at the agreed time. He speedily identified the problem with the washing machine - a blocked pump - and he managed to remove the blockage. After testing the machine to make sure there were no other problems, he cleaned up thoroughly

Wow as soon as I asked checkatrade for someone to help repair my cooker ,Lee contacted me within minutes and made a booking for the next day . Texted me to tell me he was on his way , perfect timing , needed more work than I thought ,he actually had the element on him and fitted straight away ,unfortunately I did need a thermostat also which had to be ordered for my cooker which is over 20 years old (neff) but it came the next day and was fitted ....amazing service from Lee and what a lovely man and excellent price .

I contacted Check a Trade last night, left my details, within 15 mins I had a text message from lee, gave him my details and had a slot for 10-12 today to fix my oven, he came within the time slot and fixed my oven. I would highly recommend Lee from Southern Appliance Services

Contacted me very quickly by phone rather than messing about with emails/texts. Explained what had happened & quoted me straight away. Arranged time & date. Turned up on time & repaired oven in next to no time. Would recommended highly.
