An excellent service, Andrew arrived early having called ahead, he cleared all our rubbish quickly and efficiently. He is extremely friendly and it was a pleasure to do business with him, the quote was by far the most competitive will certainly recommend and use again 5 stars

As described. Polite and on time

Andrew was very attentive and communicated to me very quickly to set a date and time to attend my address. However, after 1hr 30mins after the two hour window, I called and chased to see what’s happened. I was given various excuses and then was told that they would be with me between 30mins to an hour. They came and went within 40mins. We weren’t told about the 20% surcharge to pay them via BACS. No surcharge with cash payments. We were quoted £80. Ended up being £100. Not very good customer service! Even though, the guys were friendly and polite.

Company was employed to remove rubble from my rear garden. The two chaps. Sent were pleasant and so polite, and nothing was too much trouble. They done an excellent job.
