  Removal of Compost and Compost Bin

  Andrew was very attentive and communicated to me very quickly to set a date and time to attend my address. However, after 1hr 30mins after the two hour window, I called and chased to see what’s happened. I was given various excuses and then was told that they would be with me between 30mins to an hour. They came and went within 40mins. We weren’t told about the 20% surcharge to pay them via BACS. No surcharge with cash payments. We were quoted £80. Ended up being £100. Not very good customer service! Even though, the guys were friendly and polite.

  Vince was absolutely fantastic. He communicated with me brilliantly and he did a smashing job. His prices are incredibly reasonable and gave fantastic customer service. Highly recommended!

  Replace a door lock with a key stuck.

  John and Ben came over to replace the lock on my conservatory door. It was all done and dusted in just over 20 minutes. They were kind, respectful and efficient visitors to my property and I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommended ALC Locksmiths and the service provided by John and Ben. Thank you!
