Southcoast Cleaning were great. Very quick to respond to my job post, reasonably priced, great communication and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

Ash and Jasmine have done a great job- the cleaning has been to high standard and the cottage left in a very presentable state for guests including nice touches like adding flowers from my garden. I have turned up promptly and done the clean to the estimate provided I would not hesitate to recommend them. When the clean was arranged I was quoted a price. Nearly a week later on the eve of the first clean they text requesting cash payment. When I questioned this they said if I paid by bank transfer they would have to add VAT (their bio says they’re not VAT registered). First clean was postponed by them for personal issues. No one ever turned up for the second clean. I told them I had found another cleaning company as I wasn’t happy with their reliability. They failed to return my key on two arranged occasions and then only returned it when I told them I had contacted the police.

I got in contact as we had a Airbnb turnaround. South coast cleaning were fantastic. They had great communication. The Farmhouse was spotless. Will definately be using again.

Hired the team for a deep cleaning of my garage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were incredibly professional, arrived on time, and worked efficiently to get the job done quickly.
