  End of tenancy cleaning

  Arrived 30 mins late. Saw them clean the door with the same sponge used inside the toilet — completely unhygienic and disgusting. Appliances weren’t cleaned at all despite being included in the service. Cobwebs and limescale were left, and they clearly rushed the job. My flat is a new build, so there wasn’t much to clean to begin with. When I refused to pay full price, she brought up having 3 kids — which is irrelevant. Poor service overall and very bad attitude/courtesy. Not sure how they have good reviews. Avoid at all costs.
