  Carlos was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had an issue which was causing our pump not to work. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it for us and also provided a lot of information to help us manage it moving forwards.

  New kitchen & bathroom taps and plumbing

  Carlos is a polite, conscientious plumber who seems to take pride in the (high) quality of his work. Not only did he replace our taps and fix the ageing pipes and valves in our kitchen and bathroom, he gave us advice on how to look after the bathroom fittings. He also pointed out that our external stopcock had seized. We were able to have it replaced by the water company. If he hadn't taken the time to check it, our house might have been flooded. I absolutely recommend Carlos to anyone who needs a trustworthy, skilled plumber.

  Replacement bathroom taps.

  Very friendly and helpful throughout. This was not a simple job as the basin is in a unit that had to be removed in order to access the bath and sink taps. The unit is old and required levelling out when putting back in too and this was done carefully and with no little effort! I was given advice and choice throughout and this made what was a stressful situation for me, a lot less painful. I would definitely recommend and use his services again.
