Took time to explain the components of the plumbing....told me about how the water travels through pipes and did a good job telling me what I need to do next.

Carlos was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had an issue which was causing our pump not to work. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it for us and also provided a lot of information to help us manage it moving forwards.

Most competent and friendly plumber I’ve ever come across. Would highly recommend - you will not be disappointed.

Carlos is a polite, conscientious plumber who seems to take pride in the (high) quality of his work. Not only did he replace our taps and fix the ageing pipes and valves in our kitchen and bathroom, he gave us advice on how to look after the bathroom fittings. He also pointed out that our external stopcock had seized. We were able to have it replaced by the water company. If he hadn't taken the time to check it, our house might have been flooded. I absolutely recommend Carlos to anyone who needs a trustworthy, skilled plumber.
