Called Rikki on recommendation from a very reliable tradesman. Rikki although busy on a job came on his way home to sort my faulty alarm and I was so impressed with his professional knowledge and kindness to my situation. Rikki took over my service contract and I’m now in very safe hands. I noted he covered gate intercoms and yesterday he & Luca took on a problematic installation in pouring rain with many hics from my old concealed wiring. No stress and were both so knowledgeable and calm. Job well done and fully explained and working beautifully. .
