They have been, knowledgeable, willing and able in every task they have carried out and prepared to assist where asked. As a new customer taking over an existing alarm system, the Soteria team serviced the system quickly and explained how it worked patiently. Recent work at the house necessitated a request for a short notice visit which was carried out quickly and with good humour. Good company to work with.
