Response from SOS Glazing and Locks
The initial job was done for the customer happily &;paid happily. A week later an issue araised which I said I would happily rectify. I went back as agreed with the customer on the agreed day & time.But no answer . I took a photo from outside the address to prove i was there. Another appointment agreed but in between a had a nasty work related accident & have not been well for the last 14 days. I have sent the customer an email explaining this. Im happy to go back & address any issues next week as explained in my email to the customer but simply have been recovering from an injury.
