    Damp in bedroom

    We where pleased with information and explanation of what was required to solve the problem area, given by Karl, when we requested a quote to treat our damp and mould around the filled in chimney in our bedroom. The quote provided information with appropriate photographs of any parts that would be fitted.We where very happy with the quote which we accepted. The work was completed within the three days advised of. They where very respectable of our property and thoughtful in carrying out the work. They cleaned up has they went along with the work. The quality of work was first class.

    Karl was thorough in setting up, preparation and plastering, taking care to clear down after the job was finished. He also gave clear guidance on managing the environment to avoid any issues with cracking, etc. The finish is good and the wall is drying well.

    Very happy with the work, it was carried out exactly as I would have wished, but hardly dared hope for. It was sensitively and sympathetically handled, without damage along the way and action was taken to clean up afterwards. The quote was honest and reasonable and did not exaggerate the extent of work required, unlike some others. Karl explained everything well, kept us in the loop and turned up as arranged. He went the extra mile to help us and accommodate our needs, even co-ordinating another tradesman for work he could not do himself.

    Would highly recommend Solutions4Damp. Karl was prompt and polite at all times; from providing quote, to the delivery of the work.
