Karl and his team were very easy to deal with. Great communication prior to work. Clear about pricing and timing. Work was carried out on time and within agreed budget. It was a messy job but they did their best to keep things tidy. Easy to have around during the work. It will obviously take time to see if it’s worked on the damp but I felt confident any future problems are under gaurantee and will be resolved. They discovered the sources of the problems and made appropriate repairs including patching the rendering, installing waterproof membrane, and plastering of internal walls.
