We where pleased with information and explanation of what was required to solve the problem area, given by Karl, when we requested a quote to treat our damp and mould around the filled in chimney in our bedroom. The quote provided information with appropriate photographs of any parts that would be fitted.We where very happy with the quote which we accepted.
