From our very first contact with Solihull Windows through to installation we have been very impressed with the service. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient and understood our requirements. We were kept well informed of timescales. The installation included bifold doors and a roof lantern which was satifactorily completed within timescales by very professional operatives.

When I rang up for the small non urgent remedial job, they fixed an appointment for the following morning. They arrived on time, dealt with the job efficiently and thoroughly, and remedied the slight problem. They tidied up fully afterwards.

I needed a small adjustment on a patio door that had been installed a couple of years ago. The original installation was excellent both in quality, functionality and workmanship. Recently we found that we needed a small maintenance tweak, and I contacted Solihull Windows to request a visit. They arranged it the day after my request, by squeezing in the visit between two other large jobs they had. After inspecting, they decided that they could do the maintenance remedy there and then. There was no charge. Job done! Perfect in every way - and done with quiet professionalism.
