I needed a small adjustment on a patio door that had been installed a couple of years ago. The original installation was excellent both in quality, functionality and workmanship. Recently we found that we needed a small maintenance tweak, and I contacted Solihull Windows to request a visit. They arranged it the day after my request, by squeezing in the visit between two other large jobs they had. After inspecting, they decided that they could do the maintenance remedy there and then. There was no charge. Job done! Perfect in every way - and done with quiet professionalism.

Very happy with the finished product which was fitted in cold and snowy conditions. The fitting team were very friendly, they gave us the option to postpone because of the cold weather and they did a first class job in short period of time (3 hours start to finish) - very tidy too.
