Mark was a really nice chap who clearly knew what he was doing and could explain it all to me in simple terms. It wasn’t a straightforward job - which I had expected given our complex set up, he ensured I was involved in a decision making as he worked through the job.

Marc of Solent Water Treatment Ltd came to my aid after being let down by another company. He promptly visited and sorted out the old machine and fixed and stopped the water so I could have water to the house. Ordered a new machine and fitted and renewed plumbing within 3 days.
