  Booked Marc from Solent Water Treatment to service our water softener. Booking and quote through Allison was friendly and efficient, Marc turned up on time, again friendly and efficient, did the job, gave some ongoing advice, serviced and then cleaned up the Water Softener leaving it looking like new. Charged exactly what was agreed. Highly recommended.

  Excellent job. James is very well organised and good at his job. When issues arose outside of his control he handled them without complaint and just dealt with them. James project managed his team to get the job done with efficiency, and was very courteous and polite towards us. The work included the removal of old units, plus fitting, plumbing, electrics, plastering, and carpentry for new kitchen. We never had a single worry about the work, and felt very confident about leaving him and his team to get on with it without us being there. Highly recommended.
