  Lost broadband connection

  I had lost broadband connection and then messed about with the router and the wires and I thought, had done it damage to the point that only a repair would sort it out. Simon responded almost immediately to my request and was waiting patiently at the allotted time when I arrived home. He sorted the problem quickly and also resolved an ethernet conundrum that had baffled me for ages, thereby re-establishing my broadband connection using a much more stable, wired ethernet connection. He's a true gent and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

  Moving a telephone point to an upstairs bedroom.

  Simon was extremely professional. He listened to my problem and gave me a solution. He explained how he was going to do it and went through every step with me. He was very thorough and tidy. He worked quickly but at the time was meticulous in his workmanship. I was delighted with the result. My elderly mum now has a telephone in her bedroom that she can use to communicate with. Many thanks to Simon for his efficiency and excellent work. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Simon.

  fixing broaband issues after a 'fibre' change over

  Helped me to understand what the issues might be. Checked every aspect thoroughly and diagnosed the issues. Corrected the fault, so now all is doing well. Very understanding of my own lack of knowledge and talked me through the whys and wherefores of the job.

  The phone had lots of muffling and didn’t worth with the internet. It now works beautifully!

  Simon was outstanding!! I called him and he came out the next day. He was on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He fixed everything which needed fixing for my Grandma and explained to us exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. My grandma is completely lost without her phone and I’m so grateful he got it all working for her. Nothing was too much trouble and we would 100% use him and this company again. A big thank you!
