I had been having a problem with my landline for a few months and had given up on BT. I telephoned Simon and explained the situation and he was very knowledgeable and was sure he could fix the problem. He came the next working day very promptly and fixed the problem with my landline not working in my garden office. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and professional. Diagnosed and fixed and gave me advice for the future when ViOP comes in. I can highly recommended Simon.

Simon arrived on time and carried out the work very quickly and professionally. He explained everything as he went along. We asked him to set up the new phone that we had purchased and he did this for us no problem. My mother is elderly and he was very considerate in how he explained everything to her. Would definitely use this Company and Simon again.

I contacted Simon as I had a Cat 6 cable laid to an outdoor office at the end of the garden and wanted to understand the best way to get internet down there and connect it up. He promptly replied to may request and arranged a time for a visit to quote. I showed him the problem and he came up with a number of solutions. I went with his recommendation, he connected via an external cable from my router to where the cable was in the house, connected up and then added a router and data point in the office. Explaining and testing as he went along. Very happy with the quality of work and service.

Simon was so professional, knew exactly what we needed. . On the allocated day, he arrived promptly, set to work quietly and efficiently with zero mess and we're delighted with the end result! So neat and tidy. Can't recommend enough!

I had lost broadband connection and then messed about with the router and the wires and I thought, had done it damage to the point that only a repair would sort it out. Simon responded almost immediately to my request and was waiting patiently at the allotted time when I arrived home. He sorted the problem quickly and also resolved an ethernet conundrum that had baffled me for ages, thereby re-establishing my broadband connection using a much more stable, wired ethernet connection. He's a true gent and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Simon was extremely professional. He listened to my problem and gave me a solution. He explained how he was going to do it and went through every step with me. He was very thorough and tidy. He worked quickly but at the time was meticulous in his workmanship. I was delighted with the result. My elderly mum now has a telephone in her bedroom that she can use to communicate with.
