I found Steve at Soft Water Solutions online last week when I was having a problem with my water softener. He responded quickly to my enquiry and came the very next working day to take a look. He immediately identified the issue — our water softener was 16 years old, far too large for our usage, and had finally broken down. Steve explained everything clearly and we ended up installing a smaller, smarter unit that is much better suited to our needs. His prices are extremely competitive and his service was excellent from start to finish. On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice bloke.

Had a new water softener fitted today by Steve. He was clean and tidy, clearly knows what he’s doing, sorted out a couple of extra issues with my water supply and all of which was done to the agreed price and I’m absolutely over the moon with the quality of his work. Fully recommend Steve to anybody, old school quality tradesman.

Was so pleased with the service from quotation to installation. Felt at ease as everything was explained in full and was confident that the right softener was chosen for the households needs and that the new softener would be supported if a problem occurred. On installation day the installer turned up on time and laid down dust sheets etc before starting the work. The installation of the new softener was carried out smoothly despite having to sort out some shoddy pipework from my original softener.
