From start to finish Steve was brilliant. He communicates clearly, was available in good time, and is clearly very knowledgable in what he does. Very happy with the work done, and the price paid. I would definitely recommend (and indeed will be) to anyone interested in getting a water softener solution.

Was so pleased with the service from quotation to installation. Felt at ease as everything was explained in full and was confident that the right softener was chosen for the households needs and that the new softener would be supported if a problem occurred. On installation day the installer turned up on time and laid down dust sheets etc before starting the work. The installation of the new softener was carried out smoothly despite having to sort out some shoddy pipework from my original softener. In summary I highly recommend softwater solutions Ltd for a softener and installation.

Steve supplied and fitted a Water Softener for me in a bungalow, the house had very hard water. Now with the water softener all soft water. Steve is super friendly, reliable and quick as well. Top notch service 10/10.

The engineer (Steve) provided us with a comprehensive explanation of water softeners and the benefits of such a device in our home. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and informative and arranged for a suitable water softener to be fitted. The device was duly fitted within a few days, and we were very impressed by the neatness of the installation work carried out, We are very happy with our new water softener which is a game changer for us!
