From first contact to completion of the installation Steve was fantastic. He was prompt and reliable, responded quickly to my initial query and was very knowledgeable explaining our options. He wasn't at all pushy and left it to us to decide when and what we wanted. He did a very neat job of the installation and left everywhere as he found it, cleaning up afterwards. He also took time to explain how the system worked and how to maintain it.
