This engineer came highly recommended by a friend as an expert in water softener installation and servicing. The engineer (Steve) provided us with a comprehensive explanation of water softeners and the benefits of such a device in our home. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and informative and arranged for a suitable water softener to be fitted. The device was duly fitted within a few days, and we were very impressed by the neatness of the installation work carried out, We are very happy with our new water softener which is a game changer for us!

From first contact to completion of the installation Steve was fantastic. He was prompt and reliable, responded quickly to my initial query and was very knowledgeable explaining our options. He wasn't at all pushy and left it to us to decide when and what we wanted. He did a very neat job of the installation and left everywhere as he found it, cleaning up afterwards. He also took time to explain how the system worked and how to maintain it. Faultless and very friendly service. Can't recommend highly enough.
