  Water softener and water filter fitted

  We are very pleased with the service we received from Soft Touch Water Softeners. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating and reliable. The installation of the softener and filter was very smooth with minimal disruption and everything was fully cleaned up afterwards. It is early days with the softener but we are already seeing the benefits of no more limescale. Wish we'd done this sooner!

  Really good service from start to finish. Paul provided a consultation and helped advise on the right system for us. Richard came and did the install which was completed on time with no fuss. I felt the price was competitive and included a year’s worth of salt. Highly recommended.

From expert knowledge about the product, to arranging the installation and all from a very helpful, expert and professional team. The installation was carried out on time and to a very high standard, adapting to the area concerned and finding ways to improve or change what was needed.
