The initial appointment with Paul was very friendly and most informative and clearly explained the benefits. From start to finish Soft Touch Water Softeners made the whole process very simple, and provided a lot of information. My installation was a little more complex than normal but the installer handled it perfectly and the final result was exactly as planned on the first survey visit. Paul team were excellent in installing our water softener and Quooker boiling water tap. Their communication was 2nd to none as they walked us through the possible options and ultimately the process for installation and finally how to keep it maintained. Really good family run business. I was booked in straight away and they turned up on time. Nathen was excellent engineer , he new what was wrong and replaced our old unit.
