From start to finish Soft Touch Water Softeners made the whole process very simple, and provided a lot of information. My installation was a little more complex than normal but the installer handled it perfectly and the final result was exactly as planned on the first survey visit. I would highly recommend Soft Touch to anyone thinking about getting a water softener.

Really good family run business. I was booked in straight away and they turned up on time. Nathen was excellent engineer , he new what was wrong and replaced our old unit. Best price quote from four companies. Have since rang me twice to check everything is going ok. Provided the salt and regular deliveries when needed

Nathan came to our house to investigate a problem with our softener that was constantly overflowing. He was very detail with his investigation and explained to him what he was testing throughout the visit. He was honest with what he found and it was because of him being transparent, we decided to replace the unit (we were thinking about it anyway due to the age of the unit). Great experience and his fixed a few other things as well and helped my neighbour whom needed theirs checked as well.
