Really good family run business. I was booked in straight away and they turned up on time. Nathen was excellent engineer , he new what was wrong and replaced our old unit. Best price quote from four companies. Have since rang me twice to check everything is going ok. Provided the salt and regular deliveries when needed

We knew we wanted a water softener and would definitely recommend Soft Touch Water Softeners. From the initial email Paul was very attentive and responsive. He is very knowledgeable and helpful so if you’re interested in getting a softener installed I would certainly call Paul.

Nathan came to our house to investigate a problem with our softener that was constantly overflowing. He was very detail with his investigation and explained to him what he was testing throughout the visit. He was honest with what he found and it was because of him being transparent, we decided to replace the unit (we were thinking about it anyway due to the age of the unit). Great experience and his fixed a few other things as well and helped my neighbour whom needed theirs checked as well.

Soft Touch Water Softeners Ltd delivered an outstanding service from start to finish. After 3 years of continuous use, our softener stopped flushing. Their service technician did a sterling job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. This involved dismantling several components. He was incredibly thorough, working methodically and systematically to ensure every component was functioning exactly as it should.
