Installation of water softener machine is excellent. The plumber is very experienced and designed a terrific plan for the pipe on site. The work is very detailed. Communication of the company is also swift and responsible.

They arrived on time, we barely knew he was there, the job was done quickly and cleanly. He even took away our unopened bags of salt for the old softener and left us extras of the new salt blocks used in the new one.

Excellent from start to finish

At our request they came to check our existing water softener ( installed by them in 2003! ). Replacement required, which they did ‘on the spot’ with no fuss or hassle. We are very satisfied with their installation and the performance of new water softener. We would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting a water softener. Always polite and understanding service.

The initial meeting was relaxed with no pressure to buy, a quote was sent to us with all the details of the installation. Once we decided to go ahead we contacted them, they suggested dates, we agreed a date, they arrived, installed the unit, provided operational information and left. The unit has work without issue since.

Helpful, friendly service. Engineer was punctual, experienced and knowledgeable about the product being deployed. Tidy layout under the sink cupboard. Left working area tidy.
