I am very satisfied with the installation work carried out by Softflow . The water softener was fitted very neatly and without leaving any mess. When I was informed by Affinity that I may have a leak due to my unusual use, I called Softflow to ask advise, if I needed to check anything. I was given very useful advise and even a possible cause, a leaking toilet. This turned out to be correct and was easily rectified. It had nothing to do with the water softner or any work by Softflow. I was impressed by how they responded to my call and their good advice about where to look for the cause.

After thinking about having a watersoftener installed at my home for a long time, I finally got round to asking Softflow for a site survey and a quote. I accepted and made an appointment for the installer to visit. He arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and very neatly and gave me useful tips on using the softener. It's been in use for several weeks and I'm extremely pleased with the result. It's such a pleasure to shower in soft water. The bathroom and kitchen and kitchen are easier to clean and the kettle doesn't need descaling. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer.

From start to finish the whole process was simple, punctual and professional. Matthew and his team worked in a great easy to follow procedure and kept within pricing and timescales. Cannot fault and would throughly recommend.

What an absolute pleasure to have Softflow Water Softeners install my TwinTec Cobalt water softener. Ben and Matt are extremely knowledgeable, and as a second-generation family business their expertise really shows. Ben explained the installation and how the softener works, even replacing my broken stopcock and a tile that had to be removed during the job. The office staff are also friendly, helpful and followed up after installation to check everything was working well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Softflow – first-class service from start to finish.
