Small delay due to one person being unavalable, but I was given plenty of warning and a new date was set. The team was punctual and effecient. They moved the furnature, and explaining the task as the completed it quickly. Snug were excellent from day one, our fitters Andy & Andrew worked so hard to complete our job. The new roof looks amazing, the quality of finish is first class. The electricians & plaster who did the internal work were both quick and professional. This has transformed this part of our house and we couldn’t be happier. Job location: BN43We had 2 main concerns; 1. Our job entailed working within a boundary wall on one side, an existing extention on another wall so it presented an unusual design. 2.We live on the south coast a long way from Lancaster. We were soon reassured with all the personal involved in the design, planning, build and completion. A very efficient and professional organisation
