Snug conservatory solutions were fantastic. From the initial meeting with Eric Herbert , who visited me twice to give a quotation for the work I wanted and to help with the design and planning , to the finished work , nothing was too much trouble for this company . I had quotations from other companies, either ridiculously high or worryingly too low , but Snug answered all my questions professionally and didn’t treat me like I was a clueless fool like the others did . I would definitely recommend snugg to anyone . Thanks to Ian , John , Andy and Josh and Eric and the bricklayers . Great job.

The whole process, from start to finish, was extremely efficient and professional. I was kept informed at every stage and all contractors were punctual and worked non-stop.

Very professional and always kept to the time of appointment. When the work started it was very well done and cleaned everything up .

Small delay due to one person being unavalable, but I was given plenty of warning and a new date was set. The team was punctual and effecient. They moved the furnature, and explaining the task as the completed it quickly. The place was checked out with me and the conservator furnature replaced and left tidy, A job well done,

Snug were excellent from day one, our fitters Andy & Andrew worked so hard to complete our job. The new roof looks amazing, the quality of finish is first class. The electricians & plaster who did the internal work were both quick and professional. This has transformed this part of our house and we couldn’t be happier. Special thanks to Ian in the office who kept us informed throughout it all. 5 Stars from us to all at snug.
