  Installation of two log burners

  Snug Installations were brilliant from my first enquiry by phone through every aspect of their work. Kate in the office answered all our questions and clearly explained all the options and advised on suitable stoves for what we needed. Their quote was easy to understand with no hidden extras. Dan came out to quote and explained the structural changes needed to our chimneys and did the installation himself. It has been a completely hassle free, enjoyable experience and the log burners look great - 100% happy with their service - thanks!

  Installation of new woodburner in an old chimney as part of opening up two rooms into one.

  This is the third time we have used Snug and again Dan has left us with a stunning fireplace. His work is exceptional and he seems to take great pride in what he does which means the outcome is always of a very high standard. He was willing to advise even before Snug were commissioned to do the work and even made a visit to the site so his advice was informed and accurate. Thanks also to Kate, for being at the end of the computer to answer all my questions and make the whole process run smoothly.

  Snug were excellent from start to finish. They took time to properly answer my many questions, flexible to meet my requests, and very clear when and why some of my requests were not possible to achieve. They were great to have in the house while doing the work. Time and cost estimates were both accurate. The finished job is exactly what I had hoped for, top quality.

  Replacement log burner installed, including new chimney lining and chimney.

  Communications very timely, answered all questions, dealt with a few issues during installation with no fuss (blocked chimney, new chimney pot required) and very tidy. Delighted with new log burner and quality of installation. Would definitely recommend Dan and team.
