  Gas fire service and battery to mains spark ignition

  Kate from Snug arranged for Dan to come over within a couple of days. Dan assessed the work required and came back the following week to complete the work, converting our gas fire from battery to mains burner ignition. Dan completed the work and tidied up leaving the area spotless. Invoice arrived the following week. We would recommend Snug for any gas fire servicing.

  I needed a log burner and flue removed and a roof and ceiling repaired and made good. From enquiry to visit for quotation, to having works carried out, was smooth sailing. Dan was prompt, professional, polite and tidy. He was very thorough and took pride within his work. Kate replied to every email I sent her with complete courteous professionalism and answers. I would recommend Snug Installations Ltd to anyone that asked for my opinion

  I cannot recommend Snug Installations highly enough, they were really professional and have installed a beautiful wood burner for us. They were excellent at communicating from the first point of contact right through to the installation day and left our extension even cleaner than when they arrived!

  Replacement of old gas fire.

  From the initial enquiry to the completion of the job,, everything went extremely well. All correspondence was responded to quickly and efficiently, with helpful and constructive advice, and the job was carried out in the same manner. I was left with instructions and a demonstration about how to use the remote control, and everything was left clean and tidy. Many thanks to Dan and Kate.

  Disconnected multi fuel stove and replaced damaged chimney liner. fitted RP adaptor, stove pipe & suspending cowl and then re-installed stove. Very efficient and tidy uninstall and install carried out with the minimum of disruption to me and provided HETAS certification in line with requirements. Am happy with the work
