10 Well worth using- simply the best

Snug Installations, ie Dan and Ross were professional from start to finish. We had a victorian fireplace needing a gas "wood" burner installed. Dan and Kate went through our options before we agreed on one. A date was set and the installation was completed on the worst day of the year - wet, windy and wild. But when finished the house was tidy, clean and of course very warm. Kate from Snug arranged for Dan to come over within a couple of days. Dan assessed the work required and came back the following week to complete the work, converting our gas fire from battery to mains burner ignition. Job location: ME12I needed a log burner and flue removed and a roof and ceiling repaired and made good. From enquiry to visit for quotation, to having works carried out, was smooth sailing. Dan was prompt, professional, polite and tidy. He was very thorough and took pride within his work. Kate replied to every email I sent her with complete courteous professionalism and answers.
